Sunshine Shoals resident Gerald Pimpkin, 52, was arrested after releasing three Burmese pythons into the Palmetto Palms Estates community pool during a heated homeowners association meeting about lawn ornament regulations. Witnesses reported the snakes immediately began wrapping themselves around the complaining residents, effectively ending the argument about whether flamingo lawn statues should be considered "tasteful decor."
